As conveyancing transactions are primarily conducted online, we can manage the process through emails, phone calls, and our custom online process. Our fixed price service includes all steps along the way, from contract review, liaising with all parties, arranging settlement via PEXA, and providing advise throughout the process.
THE STANDARD SEARCHES WE UNDERTAKE INCLUDE:
Title Search;
Land Tax Clearance Search;
Council Rates and Water Search;
Body Corporate Information Certificate; and
Body Corporate Certificate of Currency;
We can also undertake a large array of extra optional searches, which may be necessary if you have any particular concerns about the property or would like extra information before completing your purchase. We’ll provide you with information on all of the searches available and give you the option to undertake any of these. Some searches we recommend include a body corporate records inspection, PPSR search, QCAT search, council building approvals search, and a flood search.
