We can also undertake a large array of optional searches, which may be necessary if you have any particular concerns about the property or would like extra information before completing your purchase. We’ll provide you with information on all of the searches available and give you the option to undertake any of these.
There are no hidden costs with us, you only pay the one fixed fee. We won't charge you for the extras that many other law firms do, such as photocopying, postage and charges for extensions of time for things such as building & pest and finance conditions.
