The village at Sanctuary Cove also hosts several upmarket clothing and homewares chains a post office and is also home to an InterContinental Resort, offering a five star resort experience, a function centre and a large lagoon swimming pool.

The Pat Cash International Tennis Academy is also located on Hope Island, boasting world class courts, a gym and professional training for aspiring players.

Hope Island is also home to the smaller Ramada Resort, as well as the ferry to Couran Cove Resort.

For those who prefer apartment living, there are several new developments, including Anchorage and Harbour Quays. These new developments boast luxury appointed apartments and facilities, such as resort style pools and gyms.
